Assist in preparation, delivery and follow up activities Assist in matters relating to tax and social costs, if contract placement is 1099 or W-2, depending on which state the contractor will be working in Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process to ensure that regardless of the outcome, all candidates experience a fantastic level of customer service Subsequent to the professional individual commencing their assignment with the client, recruiters are required to maintain an ongoing liaison, ensuring that any assignment related issues or problems are dealt with swiftly and effectively Identify new business opportunities to support business development.
